Expand the National Social Security Fund

Dai Xianglong has three suggestions on how to deal with the aging of the population: First, the top-level design will be carried out as soon as possible, and the endowment guarantee for the establishment of public pensions, enterprises and employees to set up supplementary pensions and individual pension savings will be basically established by 2030. Pillar system.

The second is to adhere to the implementation of the system of combining the basic pensions of urban enterprises and the national pension and individual accounts. The state should pay for the conversion of the pension system by increasing the central allocation and issuing special social security bonds.

The third is to use comprehensive measures to balance the gap in the national pooled accounts due to the peak of aging. The most important thing is to further implement the requirements of the State Council, expand the national social security reserve fund by allocating state-owned assets, and achieve value preservation and appreciation, and strive to exceed 3 trillion yuan by the end of 2020. "To this end, we propose to regulate the state-owned shares of listed companies to allocate social security fund systems; central enterprises turn over 30% of central capital gains to allocate social security funds; and gradually transfer more than 51% of state-owned shares to the national social security fund."

Gradually extend the retirement age

Dai Xianglong also suggested gradually extending the retirement age. "I suggested in a sub-forum of the Boao Forum on April 7th: predicting the average life expectancy in China in the future, extending 1 year every 5 years, or considering the opportunity to choose, extending the retirement age by 1 year every 5 years. At present, the demand for China's elderly products market is 400 billion yuan to 500 billion yuan, while the market provides products for the elderly less than 10%, and the products are mostly crutches, wheelchairs, anti-decubitus pads and other care and rehabilitation products.

Zhu Changling, chairman of the China Furniture Association, said that there is a gap in the elderly home market, not without demand, but because the industry has not properly guided. He said that China has gradually entered an aging society, and the prospects for the elderly home market are considerable. However, most manufacturers only pay attention to the preferences of young consumers, ignoring the needs of the elderly for the market. Because older people spend more time at home, the practicality, safety and comfort of home products is especially important to them. But today, older home products that combine health, environmental protection, functionality and safety are still rare.
