The aim of this study was to develop fitness exercise prescriptions with different body qualities in the extracurricular exercises for undergraduates, to observe the effects of different types of fitness exercise prescriptions on the function of heart pumps, and to compare their different fitness effects. The implementation of endurance group fitness prescriptions, HR values ​​of male and female college students have significantly decreased, while SV, SI, VPE has a very significant increase. Although the exercise of the other two prescriptions also had a good effect, it was not as pronounced as the endurance group. It is suggested that the endurance group fitness prescription has the best effect on enhancing the heart pump function. After comprehensive exercise, in addition to improving myocardial contractility, at the same time, the MSP, MDP, and MAP of female college students were significantly decreased. This is a good adaptation of vascular function to exercise, suggesting that the comprehensive group has a more comprehensive fitness effect.
