Study on bio-imprinting and catalytic hydrolysis of protein-nucleic acid mixture

Abstract: As the development of molecular imprinting, biological imprinting has become an important method for preparing mimic enzymes using protein as the parent. In this paper, protein-nucleic acid mixtures derived from herring sperm are imprinted using N-benzoyl-L-arginine ethyl ester as a template , And used to catalyze the hydrolysis of N-benzoyl-L-arginine ethyl ester. The results show that the bio-imprinted protein-nucleic acid mixture is stable in an aqueous medium and can be used as an enzyme mimic for the hydrolysis reaction.
