Experience printing four colors with a monochrome machine

Printing four-color jobs with a monochrome offset press. There are many variable factors in printing, and the technicality is strong. The following are some experiences and experiences I have accumulated when printing four-color jobs with a monochrome machine.

1. Before printing, carefully check whether the quality of the printing is qualified, and repair the excessive dirty spots and lines on the layout.

2. Before starting the machine, carefully adjust the feeder, paper feed roller, side pull gauge and the delivery time of each part, so that the machine can smoothly feed the paper, the pull gauge pulls the paper in place, and the paper delivery time at each part is accurate. Then adjust the cylinder pressure and adjust the amount of ink required for printing by walking through the plate.

3. The color sequence is yellow, magenta, cyan, and black. Whether from the analysis of ink transparency or viscosity, this color sequence arrangement is relatively scientific. Put yellow in the first color for printing, and the slight beat of the rules has little effect on the overall printing effect. When printing yellow ink, the machine can be better observed and adjusted to facilitate accurate overprinting of the last three colors. However, the color sequence of the monochrome machine is not static, and it should be reasonably selected according to the characteristics of the printed materials and originals. For example, when using paper that is prone to dusting and impurities, you should put one color with a smaller printing area on the front. This way, after printing the two colors, the paper powder and impurities will basically disappear. Flat, no dirty spots, the overall effect of the printed product is good.

4. Carefully analyze the viscosity, fluidity, drying time and paper quality of the ink before printing, and add additives to the ink reasonably, which is conducive to the improvement of print quality.

5. After the machine normally feeds the paper and the ink volume is adjusted, it is necessary to stir the ink fountain diligently, and add more and less ink to keep a certain amount of ink in the ink fountain to ensure the normal ink supply. It is necessary to observe the water content of the plate frequently, and use the least amount of water under the premise that the plate is not dirty, so that the water and ink are balanced, the ink color is consistent, and the paper is elongated due to the large water, which is beneficial to the accurate registration. Observe the printed sheets and compare the proofs carefully to ensure the consistency of the printed ink. Always check the overprint situation in order to adjust the machine in time to make the overprint of the printed products accurate. When printing the first color, it is necessary to observe the accuracy of the rules by drawing a border line. In addition, pay attention to see if the printed matter is sticky. If there is, it should be handled in a timely manner by using multiple interlayer boards, diligent printing sheets, and powder spraying (the powder must be used in the last color). Before restarting each time, it is necessary to walk over the plate to ensure the consistency of the ink color of the printed product.

When printing four colors with a monochrome machine, the shorter the time, the more accurate the overprint. If the semi-finished products use hand-made paper when changing the plates, they must be handled gently to prevent affecting the quality of the print.

Outdoor Bench

Outdoor bench refers to the seating facilities used in outdoor places, often commonly found in parks, squares, leisure areas, scenic spots and other outdoor environments. The classification of outdoor benches can be introduced according to many aspects such as material, shape and function.

First, classification by material
1. Wooden bench: Wooden bench is one of the most common outdoor benches, usually made of natural wood, with natural and environmentally friendly characteristics. Wooden benches are usually made of solid wood or artificial wood, and the surface is treated with waterproof and anti-corrosion, which can adapt to various climatic conditions in the outdoor environment.

2. Metal bench: Metal bench is made of metal materials, such as cast iron, steel, etc. The metal bench is durable, corrosion resistant, easy to clean and is suitable for all kinds of outdoor environments.

3. Stone bench: Stone bench is made of marble, granite and other stone, which has the characteristics of good texture and beautiful appearance. Stone benches are generally suitable for high-end places such as garden scenic spots and can be integrated with the surrounding environment.

5. Combined material bench: Combined material bench refers to the bench made of different materials, such as the combination of wood and metal, stone and plastic combination. Combined material bench can usually combine the advantages of different materials, more in line with the needs of different outdoor environments.

2. Classification by shape
1. Linear bench: Linear bench is the most common shape of bench, generally composed of a row of seats, forming a straight line arrangement. The linear bench is suitable for outdoor places with large pedestrian flow and can provide more seats.

2. Arc bench: Arc bench is an arc bench composed of multiple seats, usually used in a ring seat area or landscape area. The curved bench can not only provide comfortable seating, but also increase the aesthetics of the place.

3. Wavy bench: The wavy bench is a bench composed of multiple seats in the shape of undulating waves, giving people a sense of movement and flow. The wavy bench is suitable for parks, squares and other places that need to increase vitality and fun.

4. Round bench: A round bench is a round bench composed of a number of seats, which is usually used in outdoor recreation areas and can provide a place for groups to gather.

3. Classification by function
1. Leisure bench: Leisure bench is a common form of outdoor bench, it can provide comfortable seats, so that people can relax in the outdoor environment.

2. Viewing bench: Viewing bench is usually set in a scenic outdoor environment, providing comfortable seats for people to enjoy the scenery.

3. Sitting bench: Sitting bench is usually set in parks, squares and other places with large traffic, to provide people with a short rest and relaxation.

4. Cool pavilion bench: Pavilion bench refers to a form of combination of bench and pavilion, which can provide sunshade, rain prevention and other functions, suitable for outdoor leisure areas.

In short, the classification of outdoor benches can be divided from many aspects such as material, shape and function. Different outdoor environments and needs need to choose a suitable bench type to provide comfortable and beautiful seating facilities
