The first phase of production of the project is a concentrated demonstration of more than 200 patented technology upgrades at Quanlin headquarters. A total of more than 30 environmental protection technologies involve various practical sewage treatment and reuse technologies. The core technology, "Stalk Cleaner Pulping and New Technologies for Waste Liquid Fertilizer Utilization," won the highest honor in the paper industry as a national technology invention award and is the world leader.
According to reports, the “Jinglin†project in Jiamusi is divided into three phases with a total investment of 42 billion yuan, of which the total investment of the first phase of the project is 2.56 billion yuan, annual processing of 600,000 tons of straw, annual output of 200,000 tons of straw, 200,000 tons Natural household paper, 300,000 tons of fulvic acid organic fertilizer, supporting 80,000-kilowatt generating units. The total investment of the second phase of the project was 15.5 billion yuan. The successful launch of the first phase marked the highlight of the second phase.

"Big chain" eat dry squeezed small straw
A straw can be used to string up the entire industry chain of pulp, paper, rings, fertilizers, and electricity. The Tranlin model copied from Shandong headquarters not only replicated successfully in Jiamusi, but technology upgrades have also been rapidly realized here.
In the pulping workshop, Zhang Hongcai told the reporter: “The system of squeezing the dried squeezing out of the net is tightly and efficiently connected throughout the entire chain. In the early stages of operation, Nissan achieved 100 tons of paper, 100 tons of pulp, and 150 tons of fulvic acid. At the end of the year, all production capacity will be released."
Placed in the raw material area, a golden straw rake in front of you. The shuttle trucks shuttled back and forth transported straw to the workshop. Zhang Hongcai told reporters: "These raw materials are connected to the straw collection, storage and transportation mode of more than 60 cooperatives, enterprises + straw storage and storage centers (cooperatives) + farmers + professional straw transport team, to benefit the members. Farmers can collect stalks and create revenue of 480 million yuan. After the third phase of the project is fully put into operation, it can eat 9 million tons of stalks within a distance of 300 km around Jiamusi."
The circular economy model of "resources-products-waste-recycling resources-recycled products" can be found in various shops in Quanlin. The use of straw cleaning pulping technology enables high-purity stock preparation and low pollutant generation. All indicators of discharge of pollutants outside the enterprise are ahead of domestic standards and are better than foreign wood pulp environmental standards. In the future, “Quenlin†will also undertake the corporate sewage treatment of Jiamusi High-tech Zone.

"Big Project" spillover effect is being released
A good project can be a city card or a strong magnetic pole. Both of these Tranlin projects have done.
Yang Guijiang, who was in the old age, originally worked at the Jiamusi paper mill. Last year, Yang Guijiang as a technical engineer on behalf of the company went to the United Kingdom to do equipment research, and in his later years he continued to contribute to the revitalization of the Jiamusi "paper industry." Now, his granddaughter, Yang Jiaxin, who graduated from the university, is also working in Quanlin. The two grandfathers see the development prospect of Quanlin.
At present, Tranlin absorbs more than 90 local university graduates. Skilled skilled workers can also find suitable locations here. Of the 1,600 employees in the company, more than 1,400 are from Jiamusi, and some of them have been listed as key employees.
The effect space of a project is related to “outward†in addition to “inward†development indicators.
During the project construction stage, local cement, sand, stone, electrical and mechanical, installation, decoration and other related companies have received the "Quen'lin" list. At the trial production stage, cooperation was also established with packaging companies in the high-tech zone. Logistics companies, restaurants, etc. At present, there are more than 20 companies that directly or indirectly cooperate with enterprises.
The first and second phases of the Tranlin project can directly solve 8300 jobs. After the project is put into production, it will generate tax revenue of 1.15 billion yuan a year. The use of 4 million tons of straw every year, calculated at a minimum protection price of 500 yuan per ton, will have an annual output of 2 billion yuan into the pockets of farmers' income increase.
The "Quenlin" project paved the "golden path" for the development of the integration of two or three products. An emerging industry group born of "Quenlin" is rising. It also links the hopes of the farmers and the future of the industry.
