2. Warranty

The company guarantees that the various equipment provided to customers can run normally, and is responsible for the upgrade or update of system software, free replacement or repair of hardware equipment, and the upgrade and modification of application software during the contract warranty period. After exceeding the contract guarantee period, the company is responsible for the lifetime maintenance of all the equipment sold, and only charges the cost. After the repair, if the settings of the device or parts are not consistent with the initial state (such as upgrade or revision), new configuration instructions will be attached.

For outsourcing equipment, repair and warranty services are provided according to the manufacturer's after-sales service conditions.

3. Technical support content

We provide users with long-term technical consultation and system support. For customers 'questions, provide customers with satisfactory answers, for customers' requirements for improvement of existing equipment, provide new technology support, and the technical service support we provide to users mainly includes the following aspects:

n For the system software provided by third-party manufacturers, only the cost fee is charged when the application software version is upgraded.

n Replacement or repair of system hardware

During the warranty period, the seller needs to upgrade the application software for free to modify the business requirements that do not exceed the scope of the "basic document" provided by the buyer, and at the same time ensure that the system works normally after the upgrade.

Outside the warranty period, if the business requirements beyond the scope of the "basic documents" are modified or increased, the seller will provide an upgrade plan free of charge and upgrade the application software at a preferential price. n Application system software repair

Spare parts will be provided free of charge during the product warranty period. If the warranty period is exceeded, the seller will provide spare parts at a preferential price. 4. Free warranty period:

6. Detailed training plan
