3D printing, reconstruction of the hip joint
Recently, the Putian College Affiliated Hospital successfully implemented right total hip arthroplasty for a senior patient using digital design and 3D printing technology . It is understood that the technicians will import the patient's hip CT three-dimensional reconstruction data into MIMICS15.0 software, reconstruct the patient's hip joint, measure the thickness of each wall of the patient's acetabulum and the depth of the acetabular fossa, and use the 3D printing to the acetabulum. Print out, perform pre-operative simulation, and choose a prosthesis and surgical method that is most suitable for the patient.
It is understood that after the operation, the patient can perform functional rehabilitation exercises after 3 days, and can resume daily life after one month.
