[Lin Fanqiang]: Standardization is mainly for engineering. The matching for hardcover engineering should be a standardized route. For ordinary home improvement or personalization, I think these two trends will continue for a long time.
[Reporter]: Now that the year of 2012 has just started, what is the situation of Yadi's market last year compared with 2010?
[Lin Fanqiang]: It should be said that the whole industry was not very good in 2011, but our company has also increased by 56%. We have transformed Yadi from 2008, so our entire transformation is relatively fast and relatively successful.
[Reporter]: Is this transformation a product or a strategy?
[Lin Fanqiang]: It should be said that it is all-round, and the products are mainly from low-end to high-end. We have invested heavily in product research and development. It should be said that our mid-to-high-end positioning is relatively small due to the impact of the entire macro environment, and the customer base is relatively stable. .
[Reporter]: Can the steel-wood armored door and the aluminum-wood armored door brought about this time be briefly introduced?
[Lin Fanqiang]: On the basis of the wooden door this year, we focused on the introduction of steel-wood armored doors and aluminum-wood armored doors, mainly for villas and high-end real estate. Maybe next year our focus will be on copper. Currently able to do this high-end wooden door, we should be the largest in the industry, the technology is also the most advanced, and the positioning is also the highest. From today's environment, we can confidently say that this door is definitely the first in the industry brand, whether it is in the appearance or in the process, or the processing of product details, which are not available to other manufacturers.
[Reporter]: Next month is 315. For Yadile, how to ensure the integrity management in product technology and raw material selection?
[Lin Fanqiang]: Integrity management has always been advocated by our company, and it is also the most fundamental concept of our enterprise development. Our company has always emphasized the truth and what materials we use to promote what materials we use. We have strict tests on the import and materials of raw materials, including the paint used on our surface, which is absolutely environmentally friendly. Also, we are trying to achieve environmental protection in the process of production. This is not only responsible for consumers, but also for our employees, so we should do a better job in this. We have also done some large projects in China, and they are very recognized for our products, including environmental protection. Our installation on the construction site is also environmentally friendly, and the waste recycling has been highly valued by Party A.
[Reporter]: Now many door companies are entering the overall home, is there any consideration for Yadi?
[Lin Fanqiang]: For the time being, there is no such plan. Many of the industry are doing overall home decoration. Our company also has its own clear positioning. It is not big and complete. The key is to play its own strengths and be able to occupy a category well. a vast market. It should be said that we still have many years of efforts in this category, so for the time being we have not yet considered a holistic approach. Our corporate positioning should be said to be the first Chinese company to achieve hardwood doors within five years within five years.
