Sometimes no time in the printing production process, I have encountered lifting function Mitsubishi four-color offset printing machine feeding part, irregular failure. After careful analysis, the reason is that the original lifting motor covered wire burned out, resulting in resistance damage. The troubleshooting process is summarized below.
First of all, check whether the lifting control and signal circuit, PLC input and output, and lifting relay are normal. When the lifting motor FA1M2 presses the lifting button, whether it is positive or negative, it is normal after inspection, but the brake clutch is running irregularly. .
When checking the lifting relays FUM1 and FDM1, whether the normally open contact closure is normal, whether the power supply voltage of the clutch FABRA1 is 110V, whether the fuse F1 (3A) is disconnected, whether the rectifier bridge measurement is normal, and whether the clutch wire resistance value is normal. After inspection, it is normal.
When checking the winding type large resistance (150W, 300Ω), the resistance is measured with a multimeter in the unpowered state, indicating that it is normal, but after the power is turned on, the multimeter reading is abnormal.
In order to confirm that the resistor is the fault point, the author replaces the same type of large resistor in the power supply circuit of the auxiliary stack clutch to the main circuit to replace the resistor, and the fault is eliminated. It is proved that the fault is caused by the damage of the resistor. Since the same type of resistor could not be purchased at that time, two 150Ω resistors were temporarily used in series, and the device returned to normal.
