Hy-Bryte is a kind of UV ink, which is not much different from other general inks in use. Can use general lotion to clean, do not need with a special ink roller, blanket, plate and so on. Because it has a wide range of water supply amplitudes to obtain clearer dots and does not cause oxidized crusting in the ink tank, it is highly stable on UV printers and does not contain volatile solvents.
For UV inks, Hy-Bryte has very good emulsification properties, and the ink's adhesion value is set lower. The low-viscosity inks perform better in terms of transferability, ink receptivity and workability. The equivalent of using oily ink is achieved. The advantages of using Hy-Bryte inks are as follows:
1. Hy-Bryte inks are easier to handle than ordinary UV inks, have excellent printability and can improve the printing efficiency. You can check the UV conditions at startup to see if Hy-Bryte is suitable.
2. When using the Hy-Bryte system from general inks and coating systems, it can be found to have high gloss characteristics and does not require waiting until the next process. Although the cost of ink will increase, the use of Hy-Bryte ink will not crust, can reduce the number of times to stop cleaning the ink roller, in terms of improving the overall printing efficiency and quality, it is still a very cost-effective option. Hy-Bryte can print non-absorbent materials such as lead and metal paper.
3. The use of Hy-Bryte ink is no different from the general ink. Although it is slightly more expensive, it does not require the use of special plates or lotions.
4. As long as the manufacturer determines that the printing machine is equipped with UV equipment and lamps. Hy-Bryte Ink's color control and water storage window are easier than ordinary inks. You can also use general printer ink wash solvent. Please refer to the following items and check current printing conditions before use.
Precautions for using Hy-Bryte inks:
1. Do not mix with other inks Since Hy-Bryte inks are manufactured using special resins, they cannot be mixed with other general inks or UV inks.
2. Use Var-special Varnish for Hy-Bryte When using UVOP light, the intensity of light must be checked with Hy-Bryte ink in combination with a UV ink roller or water-based gloss without causing a reduction in brightness and adhesion.
3. Recommendation for cleaning with general lotion When using general lotion, the moist roller must be removed. If you want to completely remove the color remaining on the ink roller, it is recommended to wipe it with your hand or general UV detergent. As for the cleaning blanket, it can be cleaned automatically with general lotion. 4. Using the general PS version When the concentration of water in the bath or alcohol is too high, the image of the PS plate will be damaged, and the plate will be easily damaged under exposure to UV light for a long time. Therefore, in addition to the 10,000 brush the following short-printing, it is best to use a special UV or baked plates.
