2. The pressure between the corrugated rollers is insufficient, and the pressure should be increased.
3. There is waste paper or other impurities in the flute of the corrugated roller, and the impurities should be removed.
4. If the moisture content of corrugated core paper is too high or too low, it will affect the corrugated forming. If it is too wet, the preheating area should be increased, and if it is too dry, the spray amount should be increased.
5. The corrugated core paper roll is not round, and the rotation is uneven during operation, and it is necessary to increase the tension or replace the original paper.
