The maximum working temperature of the drying oven is 300 ℃, which can be used for placing various samples. It is suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating. It can be used in industry or in the laboratory (but items with volatiles cannot be placed in a drying oven to avoid explosion).
The working temperature of the drying box can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature. Within this range, the working temperature can be arbitrarily selected. After selection, the temperature can be constant by the automatic control system in the box.
A blower is installed in the working chamber of the 101 type drying oven to promote mechanical air convection.

Precautions:

This box is non-explosion-proof, so do not put flammable and volatile materials in the drying box to avoid explosion. This product is made of metal steel plate, and the studio uses high-temperature silver powder paint as the anti-corrosion paint layer, so do not damage the paint layer to avoid corrosion of the cabinet. The average load of the test sample shelf is 15 kg. Do not place the test sample too dense and overloaded. At the same time, the test sample and other things should not be placed on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the hot air convection. Before use, the installation position of each heating wire of the heater must be checked to prevent accidents caused by overlapping or collision of the heating wires
