Continuous supply failure solution case 4-ink self-flow phenomenon

Failure phenomenon:

â—‡ Small ink spots appear on the paper when printing.

â—‡ Large ink spots often appear on the paper when printing.

â—‡ No matter what paper is used for printing, there will always be some ink left on the edge of the paper.

â—‡ There is always some ink stains on the paper feed roller of the printer.

â—‡ The printed test line is always broken, and there is a phenomenon of cross colors.

Solution:

A siphon breakpoint is designed in the ink supply system. Without this design, ink will automatically flow from the external ink cartridge to the printer along the ink delivery line, causing ink leakage and line breakage. Our filling technology for empty ink cartridges can make the filled empty ink cartridges have a small part of the air space, and it is very necessary to let these air float on the top of the ink cartridges.

The following conditions can cause ink flow to cause abnormal printing:

First, the external ink cartridge is raised, and the liquid level is 50 mm above the horizontal level of the print head. Due to the gravity of the ink in the ink delivery line, the ink will flow out. At this time, the ink will flow out from the print head. The higher the lift, the faster the flow. At this time, the print head is subjected to abnormally large ink pressure, and printing will cause very serious problems such as ink leakage, broken lines, and cross-colors.

Second, there is too much ink in the print cartridge. Since there is no siphon breakpoint, the ink supply line is connected to the print cartridge. Even if the external cartridge is not raised, it will cause the ink to flow slowly. At this time, the printing will cause ink leakage and disconnection.

Third, the external ink cartridge is raised, and the liquid level is 30 ~ 50 mm above the level of the print head. At this time, the ink will not flow freely, but the head is also under the static pressure of the ink, so the print will also have broken lines and cross colors. .

Fourth, the external ink cartridge is lowered, the liquid level is 300 mm below the level of the print head. Due to the gravity of the ink in the ink delivery line, the backflow of the external ink cartridge is caused. At this time, air will enter the print cartridge from the print head, and the external ink cartridge is placed The lower the air, the faster the air enters. At this time, there will be very serious problems such as broken lines and cross-colors.

If your printer has the above failures, please first check whether the failure is caused by the external ink cartridge being raised or lowered. Warning: When using the continuous ink supply system, the external ink cartridge must be placed on the same level as the printer! The method to eliminate the failures caused by the first, third, and fourth situations above is simple: place the external ink cartridge in the same position as the printer On the horizontal surface, it will be normal to print after waiting for 2 hours.

For the failure caused by the second situation, you can perform the following steps to eliminate it:

â—‡ Pull out the ink injection elbow from the print cartridge and place it in a high place. Be careful not to lower it. Ink will flow out from the elbow.

â—‡ Let the printer start working, type 5-10 pictures A4, and then insert the elbow into the printer cartridge, pay attention not to insert the wrong color. If necessary, execute the cleaning and printing test procedures in the application program to debug the printer normally.

If there are many residual ink stains in the paper feed path that are not easy to wipe off, you can find a color inkjet paper, wet the paper with alcohol, and then press the paper feed button on the printer to let this paper soaked in alcohol repeatedly enter and exit 10 times, it can play a good cleaning role.
