The photopolymerization type is printed with a negative original plate. The diazo photosensitive film in the graphic part is hardened by light and left on the plate. The diazo photosensitive film in the non-graphic part is not visible and does not harden and is dissolved and removed by the developer. The photo-decomposition type positive printing plate is used for photo printing. The diazo compounds in the non-graphic part are decomposed by light, and are dissolved and removed by the developer. The diazo compound remaining on the plate is still no light. The oleophilic part of the PS version is a diazo photosensitive resin with a high publishing base plane of about 3 μm. It is a good oleophilic hydrophobic film. It is easy for ink to spread on it, but it is difficult for water to spread on it. Diazo photosensitive resin also has good wear resistance and acid resistance. If baked at a temperature of 230-240 ° C for 5-8 minutes to enamelize the photosensitive film, the hardness of the printing plate can also be improved, and the printing durability of the printing plate can reach 200,000 to 300,000 sheets. The hydrophilic part of the PS plate is an aluminum oxide film, with a high publishing base plane of about 0.2 to 1 μm. The hydrophilicity, abrasion resistance, and chemical stability are relatively good, so the printing plate has a high printing durability. The PS version has fine sand mesh, high resolution, and smooth dot formation. Therefore, the tone reproduction is good and the image clarity is high; the blank part of the PS version has a higher moisture content capability, and the printing plate consumes a lot of water when printing , Water and ink balance is easy to control.
