After printing, the surface of the ink layer on the surface of the substrate sometimes appears as a screen mark. The main cause of screen marks is the poor fluidity of the ink. Screen printing is the transfer of ink through the mesh to the substrate to form a graphic. In the printing process, after the squeegee is squeegeeed, when the stencil plate leaves the substrate, the surface of the stencil is filled with ink by the flow of the ink, and the ink surface of the printed matter is a smooth and even layer of ink. If the ink has poor fluidity, when the screen printing plate is lifted, the ink flow is relatively small and the screen marks cannot be filled, and a smooth and smooth ink layer cannot be obtained.
To prevent screen marks after printing, the following methods can be used:
1. Use more fluid ink to print;
2. Can consider the use of slow drying ink printing, increase the ink flow time so that the ink is gradually curing;
3. When using plate making, use wire mesh with fine wire diameter as much as possible.
