The operation of the twin-screw extruder must be operated in accordance with the operating procedures. Failure to follow the operating procedures or to fulfill the job responsibilities of the post shall result in the loss of spare parts, equipment, and waste of raw materials, which shall be borne by the operator.
First of all, the unpacking acceptance of the equipment is the first step in the acceptance inspection of the twin-screw extruder.
When unpacking and accepting, it is likely to find that the parts are damaged and the number of parts does not match the packing list. Therefore, for the unpacking and acceptance of the equipment, the supply, transportation, equipment power and equipment management personnel should be invited to participate in the joint inspection and acceptance at the time of unpacking, and the problems should be negotiated with the supplier in a timely manner.
Then, the foundation of the twin-screw extruder is installed. In addition to being able to withstand the weight of the equipment itself and the weight of the raw materials used for production, the installation must also withstand the dynamic load of the extruder during operation. Finally, the extrusion machine production line arrangement, from the convenience of production considerations, should be as close as possible to the finished product library and the production of raw materials; from the safety point of view, to stay away from the boiler room and substation.
