Efforts to improve the efficiency of printing
When using the KYHW760 pre-sensitized horizontal roasting machine to bake a plate, it was found that the roasting plate soon appeared after printing. Observed version of the color, the middle was slightly red and yellow, two slightly green. The cause of this phenomenon is the aging of the lamp (heat pipe), which results in high intermediate temperatures and low temperatures at the two ends, that is, the baking effect in the middle is better, and the two ends are lacking. Most of the baked plates are taken in a one-time operation, which is accomplished in one step. Because the temperature in the center and the two ends of the baking machine is different at this time, the baked printing plate is uneven, taking into account that there are no accessories for processing the machine. In this case, if the baking is performed according to the conventional method, the effect is not ideal. And it wastes man-hours. In response, the operator took emergency measures; instead of baking the plates in accordance with the conventional method, the baking process that should have been completed at one time was divided into two stages, namely, baking one end and then pouring it over and baking the other end. Fully able to meet the printing requirements, but also to ensure delivery time.
One stubborn dirt removal method
After the printing plate was printed on the machine, the operator found that the printed product had just been printed, and there was a piece of oil-like scum on the background. Since the printing plate is baked, the stain is floating on the background color, so it cannot be treated with a hard object such as a blade or an etching rod, and it can only be removed by rubbing.
First wipe with a wool cloth wet wipe powder a few times, after the boot still appears dirty. Then use a wool cloth to wipe it with phosphoric acid, or you can't remove it. It was wiped with a piece of cloth, gasoline, water, and a dampening powder, and it was rubbed with a finger instead of a cloth. It was still impossible to remove this stubborn stain. It is useless to find a clean paste and continue to wipe it with a cloth. Also wipe with a finger to repair the paste, or according to the dirty. How can we remove it without causing it to be scrapped? Considering that the dirty mark appeared when printing on the machine, the operator estimates that it is likely that the printing process has not been processed properly. Can it be removed with the developer? When the developer cloth is still wiped with the developer cloth, the dirt on the plate is still clearly visible, but the dirt on the print is gone. It can be seen that the developer is very effective for removing some stubborn stains on the printing plate after being put on the machine.
Troubleshooting of JLS205 Rotary Folding Machine
The folded pages are too skewed, not only affecting the quality of printed products, but also cannot be delivered normally.
The investigation was originally based on a 32-sheet folding roller with a toothless mouth. The cavities of the teeth were properly adjusted, and the severely worn cavities were replaced. The test was turned on and the problem could not be solved. Manually cradles, carefully inspected, found that the time of the delivery of the 32-sheet folding roller and the delivery roller was incorrect. In the position where the two rollers should be transferred, the teeth were still not open. Only the teeth of the 32-fold folding roller were rotated. When entering the bottom area, the fangs may open slightly.
The key is the change of the paper picking time, which can no longer be found on the surface of the 32-sheet folding cylinder, but has to find the reason from the two ends of the 32-sheet folding cylinder. During the inspection of the open cam of the tine head, an abnormality was finally found. It turned out that the open tooth of the shaft was torn and it was not at the shaft end, resulting in an abnormal opening of the mouth. Install the new plastic roller and turn it on and turn it on again. The fault is eliminated.
