Some Problems in Application of RIP Output in Founder Century (I)

When the output operation is performed using the square-in-one RIP-PSPNT, some problems that cannot be output normally occur easily, that is, RIP cannot explain the output layout. The main reason for this phenomenon is that in addition to the error message in the layout layout, the output operator ignores whether the software environment in which the output system is running meets the output requirements of the current file. This article takes the output of a newspaper layout as an example to briefly introduce several issues that should be noted when the newspaper version is exported.

Output system cache settings

Cache is a separate area in the computer's hard disk to temporarily save the area where the computer is waiting to process data. Cache is essential for running large-capacity programs on the computer and processing large amounts of information. The cache area is generally drawn in the C drive disk of the hard disk, and of course it can also be set in other logical drive disks. The most famous cache in computer operating systems is virtual memory. For example, the Windows operating system uses virtual memory to dynamically manage the runtime exchange files. In order to provide more memory capacity than the actual physical memory for use, the Windows operating system occupies a portion of the hard disk space as virtual memory; when the CPU has a request, it first reads the data in the memory, when the memory capacity is insufficient, The Windows operating system writes data that needs to be temporarily stored to the hard disk.

In the output system of Founder PSPN, the operating system used is Windows 2000. In the Windows 2000 operating system, virtual memory is set, and the space size generally uses the system's default value of 768 MB. In addition, in the Founder Century RIP also uses the cache, which is the system's "temporary file directory or page dot matrix file directory remaining disk space is less than" option, the system default value is 200MB.

When using _PSPNT software to output a large amount of information in a newspaper layout, if it is not possible to perform RIP normally, in the case of confirming that the typesetting file has no problem, first consider whether the cache is set correctly, and then consider the network problem. If some small information volume layouts can be output normally, and if some large-capacity layouts cannot be output, you can reset the system's cache by following the steps below.

(1) First increase the virtual memory capacity slightly in the Windows 2000 operating system. The specific setting method is: right click on the "My Computer" icon on the desktop, a list menu appears, select the "Properties" option, and select the "Advanced" tab; in the "Advanced" tab, select "Performance Options" Button, enter the "performance options" page, select the "change" button in the "virtual memory" column, pop-up "virtual memory" page, in the "initial size" box to slightly increase its value, click "set" Press the "OK" button (as shown in Figure 1). At this point, you can run the PSPNT output software after restarting the system. If it can be output, it indicates that the problem has been solved. If it cannot be output normally, the value in the “initial size” box should be increased again according to the situation, or be reset by the buffer in the other party's positive PSPNT output software.

(2) After resetting the virtual memory capacity of the Windows 2000 operating system, if it still cannot solve the problem, in most cases, the cache in the other party's positive PSPNT output software needs to be reset; at this time, it may be due to the need. RiP's newspaper layout is too large, and the RIP output file cannot be saved in the temporary file directory. Therefore, the value of the remaining disk space in the temporary file directory or page dot matrix file directory should be added to a larger value than the output file. The specific setting method is: Run PSPNT output software to enter the program operation main interface, click the "Options" menu bar, select "Set system parameters" option; after entering the "Set system parameters" option window, select "Other" option to enter In the first level window, the remaining disk space in the "temporary file directory or page dot matrix file directory is less than". Set a suitable value in the options (as shown in Figure 2) and press the "OK" button. Through the above two steps, you should be able to output a large amount of newspaper pages.

In the above operations, special attention should be paid to whether the remaining disk space of the hard disk drive (generally referred to as the C drive) corresponding to the set buffer space is large enough, and if other disks are set as virtual memory, the corresponding hard disk drive should be guaranteed. Consider the remaining disk space is large enough. If the hard disk drive space corresponding to the cache space is smaller than the cache space, you should clean up the hard disk drive, delete some unnecessary files or uninstall some temporarily unnecessary programs, and try to leave some space for continuous storage to speed up The speed of the system.

Tattoo Ink

tattoo ink : Tattoo inks consist of pigments combined with a carrier, and are used in tattooing.

Tattoo inks are available in a range of colors that can be thinned or mixed together to produce other colors and shades.

Most professional tattoo artists purchase inks pre-made (known as pre-dispersed inks), while some tattooers mix their own

using a dry pigment and a carrier.Tattoo ink is generally permanent. Tattoo removal is difficult, painful, and the degree of

success depends on the materials used. Recently developed inks claim to be comparatively easy to remove. Unsubstantiated

claims have been made that some inks fade over time, yielding a "semi-permanent tattoo."
