If the temperature changes rapidly, the test box is blocked by ice. Generally, after heating at the easy blockage, the fluorine and nitrogen are added to dry the pipeline, and the fluorine is re-evacuated. If ice jam occurs many times, it is often judged that the pumping is not clean or the water content in the fluorine exceeds the standard. In fact, many of these faults are caused by the compressor taking in water.

The reason is that the temperature of the test chamber is not tightly sealed, so that a lot of water enters the insulation layer. When the temperature changes rapidly, the refrigerant leaks when the test chamber has an internal leakage fault, and the compressor does not stop for a long time, so that the temperature changes rapidly. Negative pressure is generated on the low pressure side of the test chamber, causing a large amount of water to be drawn into the compressor through the leak point, causing multiple ice blockages.

Treatment method 2: First, the compressor and the evaporator are carefully baked with an electric furnace or a light bulb to evaporate the water in the compressor and the system, and then the water vapor is extracted together with the air by a vacuum pump. The second is to weld the high-pressure pipe and the dry filter, let the compressor run empty for 2~3 times, and use the working temperature rise of the compressor to evaporate and discharge the water. It is better to use four hours each time to avoid burning the compressor.
