Soft bag packing machine successfully developed

After two years of design and development, the first soft bag packing machine in China was successfully developed at Wuhan Rentian Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. The machine model DXX120I is specifically designed for loading bagged layered products from upstream production into cartons that have been opened and erected from above. The machine has started trials at the Salt Industry Company of Jilin Province in Changchun City. After a period of instability of two months, all operating parameters of the machine have reached the design expectations, thus marking the first soft bag packing machine made in China. Successfully developed.
The DXX120I cartoner consists of five parts:
1. The box picking device is used to take the empty box out of the box blank rack, finish the shaping, erect the box, place the formed box in position for filling, and close the bottom of the box.
2. The bag stacking device is used for counting and delaminating the packages delivered by the upstream device.
3. The filling device takes out the forming box and puts it on the filling table, and stacks the layered packages in the carton.
4. The delivery box device outputs the completed box.
5. The electronic control system and the electric control cabinet are used for the control of the packing machine and the whole production line.
The machine needs only one person to operate. The automatic control system uses a liquid crystal display to provide information on machine operation status. Fault information stored in the machine is displayed to the user with clear and precise instructions, so that fault guarantees are quickly tracked and eliminated.
