9. Hygiene, ventilation and other equipment meet the standards set by the competent health authorities;
10. The boundary noise of a place must comply with the state's environmental noise emission standards;
11. The necessary management system;
12. If other projects are opened in a cultural playground, the application conditions of the project must also be met.
