The oleophilic part of the PS plate is a diazo photosensitive resin layer with a high publication base. It is a good hydrophobic film. After baking at a temperature of 230°C to 250°C for 7 to 8 minutes, the photosensitive film can be deuterated and improved. The hardness of the printing plate greatly improves the printing plate's resistance to printing. From our usual experience, it can be seen that after baking, the PS printing plate can be increased by 3 times. However, baked PS plates are easy to get dirty and must be processed before use. Our factory uses the positive photocatalyst PS version produced by China's second film factory. Non-graphical diazo compounds are photo-decomposed and dissolved by the developing solution. If the developer is not newly formulated, Liquid, baked on the plate after development is easy to dirty. At this moment, the best way is to shake the cleansing agent by hand, pour it out and mix it with the repair paste, use a wet wool cloth to evenly rub it back and forth on the developed PS plate, and then rinse with water. You can get a clearer and more durable PS version of your text. If you encounter large black spots or tape marks on the roasted PS plate, the revision pen is incapable of doing so. You can scrape it off with a matte paper or a small knife and apply it with a revised version of the paste. This not only improves the printing speed, but also saves costs.
