The scope of business it covers includes both the quality supervision of products produced and sold domestically, as well as import and export products, which is what we call cross-border. product. The Product Quality Supervision Department is responsible for the supervision of domestic product quality. The functional means include the national supervision and inspection of product quality, and the quality supervision of e-commerce products, including production license, risk detection, quality agency supervision and food-related products. I am responsible for the product quality supervision and inspection of product quality and the quality management of e-commerce products.

The leaders of the AQSIQ paid special attention to this summit and specially asked me to attend the summit and represent the support of this summit and all the mother and baby brands in China. In addition, I would like to take this opportunity to share with you three points of experience.

First, for the maternal and child industry, product quality should be the top priority. Stable, people have high expectations for the quality and safety level of maternal and child supplies, consumers are particularly concerned, the media pay close attention, and the society is widely concerned. The "China Children's Development Program 2011-2020" clearly states that the quality responsibility of production and management units should be strengthened, the safety of children's products should be guaranteed, and the principle of child priority should be adhered to. Thoughts and basic principles require the development of laws and regulations, policy allocation, policy regulation and allocation of public resources to prioritize the interests and needs of children. The quality development program clearly proposes to strengthen the supervision and inspection of children's products in 2011-2020, highlighting the people-oriented quality value orientation.

Since the 18th National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang have repeatedly issued relevant instructions on children's work. The second point is that the practice of improving the quality of products by the majority of enterprises is inspiring.
