In recent years, the development of large-scale amusement equipment in China has been booming. More and more small and medium-sized cities have set up large-scale amusement equipment in parks or entertainment venues for players to enjoy. While the construction of large-scale amusement equipment brings joy to people, it also lurks some unexpected security risks. Due to various factors, various amusement equipments often cause various malfunctions and cause accidents during the operation, causing casualties and property losses. Therefore, through the analysis of some frequently occurring failure phenomena in large-scale amusement equipment, and adopting correct methods of treatment, and formulating and improving preventive measures, the occurrence of various types of accidents can be avoided more effectively. In view of the common failures in the large-scale amusement equipment machinery operation, today's enjoyment of science and technology teaches everyone the solution to the problem of failure.
First, the chain jitter. This may be because the chain is too loose, the load is too large, or one or more links are inflexible. The solution is to install the chain tensioner or adjust the center distance. Reduce the load if possible.
Second, the chain plate fatigue. When the load is too large to exceed the fatigue limit of the chain plate, the chain plate will be subject to fatigue failure, and tiny cracks will be generated around the hole until it breaks. The solution is to reduce the load or replace the chain with large carrying capacity.
Third, the sprocket teeth wear. If the sprocket teeth have obvious wear on both sides, the drive is misaligned. If a "bend ditch" is produced, it means that the sprocket should be replaced with excessive wear, and the sprocket can be reversed so that the lighter wear side faces the chain. Excessively worn sprocket is best replaced with the chain.
Fourth, the pin wear. Pin wear may be due to insufficient lubrication. Always check the lubricant for abrasives or change lubrication.
Fifth, the chain and sprocket coordination is not good. If the chain and the sprocket do not cooperate well, it may be that the chain hinge is worn, the pitch is elongated, and the chain should be replaced in time if there is a phenomenon of skipping teeth. If the sprocket wears out, it should be replaced so as not to damage the new chain.
Six, chain side grinding. If the inner surface of the inner chain link wrench is worn out, it means the drive is misaligned. The solution is to check the alignment of the shaft and sprocket. If there is no problem with the installation, it can be checked whether the rigidity is insufficient due to excessive deformation of the load during operation.
Seven, pin shaft glued. Pin gluing is generally caused by insufficient oil supply. If only one end is glued, check the installation of the shaft and the sprocket, whether the shafts are parallel, whether the sprocket is coplanar, and whether the shaft and sprockets move during operation.
Eight, the chain tension is not normal. The tension of the chain is related to the sag distance of the loose edge of the chain. For horizontal and inclined drives with adjustable center distance, the sag of the loose edge of the chain should be about 2% of the center distance. The center line is vertically driven or subjected to vibration loads, and the reverse drive should make the chain more tight.
Nine, the chain running noise is too large. This may be due to a non-coplanar sprocket, too loose or too loose a chain, insufficient lubrication, wear of the chain and sprocket, or an excessively large chain pitch. The China Amusement Equipment Information Network reminds you that when you encounter this type of problem, you need to check the front and back axis parallelism and sprocket coplanarity to correct it. Adjust the center distance and the tensioning device so that it can get proper tightness and ensure lubrication to the workpiece.
10. The front and rear axles are not parallel and the sprocket has poor coplanarity. For the wear life, the performance of the chain depends to a large extent on the correct installation of the front and rear axles and sprockets. The requirement is: The parallelism of the front and rear axles is within 1/300. The coplanarity of the front and rear wheels is 0.5 - 1.0 mm/m. If the chain finds the above problems during operation, it should be adjusted in time.
