1, line carving

Among them, the deep relief carvings float from the bottom plane of 30 mm to 60 mm, occasionally slightly hollowed out, but not transparent, thick and rewritten, and strong stereo. The bas-relief is usually carved from a plane of 3 mm to 15 mm, floating on the surface, and the shape is natural.

3, openwork

Openwork refers to an engraving method that empties the ground without leaving the ground to express the overall image of the engraving. Also known as "openwork carving", the furniture industry is called "锼活" or "锼花", through the penetrating engraving of the wooden board, hollowing out unnecessary blank space, highlighting the pattern, so that the furniture shows a gorgeous, beautiful beauty.

Some furniture needs to be seen on both sides, called "double-sided carving", and there is also one side carved without carving. The method of hollowing out is to use the wire saw to pull the space and then engrave it. 4, round carving

The round sculpture is a three-dimensional engraving form. It is a modern art term. There is no terminology in ancient times. It refers to a four-sided sculpture that has no background, has a true three-dimensional relationship, and is suitable for viewing from multiple angles. The end of the classical furniture, the stigma, the legs, the base, etc., are mostly carved with figures, animals, plant patterns and other patterns, vivid and realistic.
