The central axis can be adjusted by 40 mm to the center point by turning the screw to the center point with the hand wheel. It can be used to adjust the cardboard when it is out of center. When one set of tools is working, the other set of tools can be pre-adjusted to the size of the next specification.
Operation and precautions: The slitting and crimping machine shall coordinate with the main transmission in order to realize the tool change without stopping the machine.
The tool change control procedure is as follows:
First reduce the operating speed of the double-sided machine to less than 40m/min - Start the rotary cutting machine to cut the cardboard - The main drive changes the speed and divides the cardboard into fast and slow conveying - When the quick board is turned by the slitting machine - The slitter rotates to 180°C. When the slitter is used for tool change, it must be carried out at a speed of less than 40m/min to prevent gears from colliding and causing equipment accidents.
When setting the knife, between any pairs of slitting blades, a gap of not less than 1 sheet of 127 grams of base paper thickness shall be maintained, and a new knife shall be used to maintain a larger gap to prevent the blade from rocking and damaging the blade during operation.
3. Cross-cutting machine The cross-cutting machine is a mechanical double-knife cutting and is divided into upper and lower layers, which can simultaneously actuate double-knife and cut two different specifications of cardboard, which is beneficial to increase the effective utilization rate of the cardboard. When needed, any pair of cutter shafts can also be started for cutting.
The cutting length is changed by adjusting the rotation speed of the cutter shaft through a conical stepless transmission, and the cutting range is arbitrarily selected from 600 to 2400 mm. With the double crank instantaneous cutting speed mechanism, the tool shaft can be accelerated or decelerated so that the instant cutting speed of the knife is equal to the conveying speed of the cardboard. The machine's cutting accuracy at stable speed is ±2mm.
Controlling the length of cuts and adjusting the instantaneous cutting speed is done by controlling the buttons on the panel surface. When driving a car, you can adjust the next cut specification. Changes in driving speed do not affect the length of cuts.
The power of the cross cutting machine comes from the main rotating shaft and is connected with the CVT through the gear box. The ground shaft guarantees the synchronization of the double-sided machine, slitting machine and cross cutting machine. Any cutter shaft that connects or disconnects the cross cutter is controlled by an electromagnetic clutch.
The cutter shaft is supported by medium-sized ball bearings, and the rotation of the pair of cutter shafts is driven by the meshing of the gears at both ends of the cutter shaft. The transmission gear is a combination type, which can adjust the reward and reward when the gear is worn out.

Two limit switches are installed on the cross beam of the shift arm, and the limit switch works when the speed-regulating motor drives the cone friction disc to the lowest point. Do not use beyond the speed range.
Double crank instantaneous speed regulation mechanism:
The instantaneous speed-regulating mechanism changes the constant-speed circular motion of the tool shaft into a non-uniform circular motion through the double-crank relationship, so that the instantaneous paper cutting speed of the tool shaft can be adjusted to be equal to the paper-feeding speed of the paper board. For example, when the short paper is rotated, the spindle speed increases. At this time, the cutting speed will increase the paper feed speed. When the long paper is cut, the spindle speed will slow down. At this time, the cutting speed will be smaller than the feeding speed. Therefore, the back knife cuts.
