Home and management talents, they play an important role in the development of the plastics industry can not be underestimated; the other hand, our current investment in science and technology is minimal, and the understanding of the new situation is seriously lagging behind development. Another problem that has existed for a long time is that the proportion of scientific and technological achievements converted into productivity is low, only about 20%. Some companies place their hopes for technological progress on continuous purchases and introductions. They have not been able to rely on independent research and development for a long time.
Second, draw lessons from foreign advanced experience and take the road of intensive scale operation. <br> Although there are a large number of large and medium-sized product processing enterprises with an annual output of 10,000 tons or more, and a small number of products represent the highest level in the industry, they have occupied. A considerable share of the domestic market, and won the title of brand-name products, but these large and medium-sized products processing companies in terms of its size, compared with foreign companies in the same industry is still significantly smaller. Existing Foshan Plastics, Hebei Baoshuo, Changzhou Plastics, Zhejiang Dadongnan, Zhongda Group, Yantai Wanhua, Wuhu Conch, Jiangsu Sanxiao, Dalian Shide, Jiangyin Molding, Zhejiang Hongda, Xinjiang Tianan, Anhui Guofeng, The total output value of more than 20 enterprise groups such as Fujian Yatong, Hubei Kaile, Hunan Ansu, Shandong Sansu, Anhui Tian'an, Anhui Guofeng, Mingda Plastics (Xiamen), Guangdong Guangyang, and Sichuan Chuan Road, etc. More than 20% of production value. The number of enterprises with a production capacity of tens of thousands of tons has gradually increased. There are more than 60 enterprises with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons and more than 20 enterprises with a production capacity of more than 30,000 tons. The output or sales exceeded 20,000 tons, including Huaya, Kaile, Yatong, Baoshuo, Yade, Pearl, Jiuli, Weixing, Fasten, Yonggao, Zhongcai, Zhongyuan Maple Leaf, Guotong, and Huaya. Wuhu, Nansu, Liansu, Gudi, Rifeng, Tianying, Chuan Lu, Tianye (in no particular order) have more than 20 companies. In addition, there are only a few tens of thousands of tons of agricultural film production enterprises in Hebei Baoshuo, Jinan Sansu, Zibo Qingyuan, Jilin Xifeng, Xinjiang Tianye and several other companies.

Third, attracting foreign investors to invest and set up factories in China, gradually changing the regional development imbalance
The development of the plastics industry is very uneven. As far as the area is concerned, the gap between the southeast coast, the southwest and the northwest is continuously expanding, the south area is more developed than the northern area, and the coastal area develops faster than the mainland. In particular, the western region of China is relatively underdeveloped, and its per capita output and consumption are far below the national average.
Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Fujian, and Shanghai are six provinces and cities in China's industrially developed southeast coast. The plastics processing companies in these areas are among the top companies in terms of quantity and product output.
In recent years, the scale of enterprises in the plastics industry has continued to expand. From the perspective of the regional distribution of plastic products, Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu provinces account for more than 55% of the country's total output. Guangdong's plastic products account for 26% of the country's total. The development momentum of the coastal provinces and cities in the plastic products industry is very strong. The pace of large-scale development in the west has been accelerated, and the gap between the eastern and western regions has widened. However, the overall level has gradually increased. We must learn from the advanced experience of other countries and take the road of intensive and large-scale operations, and gradually change the pattern of unbalanced regional development.
