After listening to the project conclusion report, financial report and user use report, and on-site inspection of the demonstration experimental operation of the development prototype, the expert group agreed that the pilot plant seawater desalination reverse osmosis composite membrane preparation equipment independently designed by the project has a novel structure It has good control performance and is suitable for research on the preparation process of reverse osmosis composite membrane, and can continuously prepare reverse osmosis composite membrane, which provides a basic research platform for scientific research and industrial production.

Reverse osmosis seawater desalination is an important strategic means to solve the problem of water shortage. Reverse osmosis composite membrane is a key material for membrane desalination. It can convert seawater, brackish water and sewage into pure fresh water, which plays an important role in industrial and agricultural production. But at present, most of the reverse osmosis membranes in China rely on imports, the main reason is the lack of advanced membrane materials and sophisticated production equipment. Reverse osmosis membrane preparation equipment is the core technical equipment for the research and production of reverse osmosis membranes. The lack of equipment seriously limits the research and application process of membrane materials in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to research and develop membrane materials and preparation equipment with international advanced level.

With the support of the scientific research equipment project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun Yinghua Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences established a composite membrane preparation equipment research group composed of scientific research personnel and engineering technicians of reverse osmosis composite membrane material preparation and equipment manufacturing Research and development of desalination reverse osmosis composite membrane preparation equipment ". After more than two years of research and development, they solved key technical problems such as temperature control, tension control, and correction control of the equipment. They used PCL to realize the coordinated optimization of the equipment hardware system and software system, and prepared aggregate polymerization, thermal crosslinking, and film formation. , Post-processing and other functions of integrated reverse osmosis composite membrane preparation equipment, filling the domestic gap. At present, the equipment has conducted research on the formulation and process of reverse osmosis composite membrane in relevant units, and the trial results are good.

The successful development of this equipment can not only systematically study the influence of various preparation conditions on the membrane performance, in-depth understanding of the film formation principle and key influencing factors, but also help to break the monopoly and improve the research level of membrane material preparation in China. The large-scale production of permeable membranes provides technical support.

During the development of the project, 3 invention patents were applied, 2 of which have been authorized, and 2 doctoral students and 2 master students have been trained.
