Since most of the decal papers still use spot color printing, although some of the flower faces use four-color printing, due to the printing effect, the traditional spot color printing is basically adopted.
Spot color printing, that is, a hue at least to create a bottom plate, can not be stacked color, some hue level changes in the need to make a few pieces of the bottom plate, after a few times to achieve results. Such as: a red peony in full bloom, the top of its petals is lighter, and the deeper part of the flower center is deeper, so it is necessary to divide the two editions of crimson and light red. Some of them have to be divided into deep, medium, and light three-color editions. After three times of printing, the original level change effect can be achieved.
The shade changes on ceramic decals are determined by the differently sized and densely arranged dots on the master. In deep places, the ideas are dense and large, and the pale parts are sparse and small. Some design drafts have large variations in the hue of the hue. It is difficult to take care of both the dark parts and the light parts in the process of plate making and printing. Therefore, it is necessary to make several bottom plates and print them several times. The more layouts, the more the number of prints, the higher the cost of the paper, and the greater the difficulty of production. The pattern of the flower surface is easy to walk in the printing process, that is, the color is inaccurate and affects the quality of the product.
Therefore, designers are required to perform overall design with minimal hue and color in order to achieve the best results. This will not only reduce product costs, but also improve the quality of the product, under the premise of adapting the process, but also improve the economic benefits.
