(2) Precautions before foaming and easy cracking of veneer:
1. The substrate is processed flat. It is important to choose a flat surface without deformation.
2. The hand-applied veneer should be 0.2 mm, and should not exceed 0.25 mm.
3. The temperature of the iron should not be too low. Of course, it should not be too high and the temperature should be appropriate.
4. The viscosity of the glue should be suitable, the solid content should not be too low, too thin and not sticky, easy to foam, the glue should be even, pay attention to the quality of the glue.
5. The veneer should be soaked, then aired to dryness and suitable for reuse. The veneer should not be too wet, of course, this requires practical experience.
6. The end face or curved face should be ironed several times and pay attention to the interval time.
